Job Position – IT Support Technician

An exciting opportunity is open for an experienced IT Technician with 5+ years of hands-on support experience to join a fast-paced, multicultural team in Qatar, preferably with a background in the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support via call centre and onsite. Troubleshoot and diagnose end-user issues
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Service Owners/SMES
• Participate in trend and root cause analysis Install, configure, and
Support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Handle software deployments,
patch management, and upgrades
Fulfill end-user IT requests – software, hardware, relocations
• Support IT initiatives and end-user computing projects
• Create user documentation, installation guides, and communication materials

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years’ IT experience (oil & gas sector preferred)
– Secondary education + 2–3 years formal IT training
– Certifications such as Microsoft OS, CompTIA A+, Network+
– Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in English
– Experience in multinational work environments
