Job Position – IT Support Technician

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining and preparing computer systems, with strong knowledge of technical support practices and computer hardware components.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and prepare computer systems and devices.
Provide technical support based on established principles, methods, and practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues for computers and peripherals.
Ensure proper setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in computer maintenance and IT support.
Knowledge of computer hardware, components, and peripherals.
Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and fixing hardware issues.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading).
