Job Position – IT System Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT support or system administration
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
– Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and medical equipment IT interfaces
– Monitor and maintain hospital IT infrastructure and network performance
– Ensure data security and backup procedures are effectively implemented
– Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and maintenance
– Assist in software deployment, updates, and patch management
– Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– Proven experience with Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and networking
– Strong understanding of IT security principles and data protection
– Experience with hospital or healthcare IT systems is a plus
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents
Salary:
Salary will be based on last drawn compensation, subject to verification
