Job Position – IT Technical Support
Location : Abu Dhabi
Qualification : Computer Engineering, MCA or Equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 5-10 years L1,L2& L3.
Job Responsibilities :
L1 Support
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with Microsoft Windows desktop issues, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams Telephony, and basic networking problems.
Escalate more complex issues to L2 or L3 support when necessary.
Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions. Update knowledge base with solutions to recurring problems.
Assist in setting up and configuring user workstations, including hardware installations, peripheral setups, and basic troubleshooting.
Provide basic support for CCTV systems including camera checks and DVR/NVR monitoring.
Skills
i. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Microsoft 365
ii. General networking concepts
iii. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications
i. CompTIA (A+)
ii. Microsoft Certified (Fundamentals)
L2 Support
Handle escalated issues from L1 support, including more complex problems related to Windows Server, Meraki Cisco devices, and advanced Microsoft 365 configurations.

L3 Support
Provide support for the most complex technical issues escalated from L2 support, including deep dives into server and network problems.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 environment, Meraki Cisco network infrastructure, and Teams Telephony systems.
Implement and manage security protocols, including patch management, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection.
Lead IT projects, such as the deployment of new systems, upgrades, and network expansions.
Assist with the integration of new technologies, including home automation systems, CCTV enhancements, and other emerging tech solutions.
Provide guidance and training to L1 and L2 support engineers. Ensure knowledge transfer and upskilling of junior team members.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing to ensure business continuity.
