Job Position – IT Technical Support
Company Name – Sigma Technology
Key Responsibilities:
-Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
-Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
-Configuring and supporting end-user email.
-Handling end-user user profile migration and PC migration.
-Supporting print management.
-Providing technical support for LAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
-Performing regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
-Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
-Providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
-Offering technical support for Smartboards, AV, and CCTV.
Qualifications:
-Education and Experience:
-Any Bachelor’s degree.
-Experience in a similar role.
-IT Certification in a related field.
Soft Skills:
-Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
