Ivanti Service Manager Jobs in Qatar
I’m currently looking for an Ivanti Service Manager here in Qatar.
– Minimum of 2 years Ivanti Service Management Implementation experience
– Installation solution in High Availability, Upgrade and Integration with other solution like Ivanti EPM and 3rd Party products
– Experience in Customizing the solution to include additional modules/features/functionality
– Competency moving configuration changes between environments
– Strong understanding of the core IT modules on the platform (incident, change, problem, service catalog, knowledge base, Asset Management) and how to configure the modules based on customer requirements
– Experience in Ivanti Patch Management, Discovery
– Experience in Reporting
