Job Position – Joinery Project Estimator

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects.
-Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
-Perform quantity take-offs for joinery works including wood, MDF, veneer, laminate, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
-Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams for pricing and technical feasibility.
-Source material and subcontractor quotations in coordination with procurement.
-Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, estimation reports, and tender submissions.
-Assist with post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
-Support cost control and budget monitoring during project execution, if required.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as a Joinery Project Estimator (Joinery / Fit-out industry).
-Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and basic manufacturing processes.
-Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost estimation.
-Proficient in MS Excel; experience with estimation or ERP software is an advantage.
-Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
-Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
-Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
