About the job

Responsibilities:

The role will provide administrative (Treasury) support to the Director Treasury and Banking Governance and FMO Dubai, in particular, the tasks and responsibilities are:

 

  • Coordinating the corporate vendors callback procedure and setting up corporate vendors in SAP
  • Handling of paperwork completion send from banks in relation to bank account openings and compliance, set up of online users and SWIFT connection documentation
  • Visual Sign – Data input and maintenance – Signatories and Account information updates. Maintaining quarterly updates internally and externally on online/manual signatories.
  • Bank Contact list – Maintenance of global bank contact list staying on top of constant changes within the banks – RM, Audit, Treasury, TF etc.
  • General administrative tasks – organize, store and print banking documents, certifying documents, typing letters,
  • Other administrative matters including monitoring external filing requirements, data maintenance, documents/files failing, document tracking send to banks ensuring documents are delivered/received internally/externally
  • Paper Bank Statements follow up – providing monthly statements for the none SWIFT connected accounts to PRTF team, Credit/Debit advices when requested
  • Cover during holidays

 

The FMO administrator will interact with a wide range of manager and colleagues internally (MEG Directors, MEG Company Secretary, Group Head of Audit & Internal Controls, operations and accounting departments) as well as with external counterparts and bank’s representatives
