Job Position – Online Manager
Company Name – Rida International Travel and Tourism
Location – Dubai
Experience & Eligibility Criteria:
– Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in a senior role within a DMC, Tour Operator, or Travel Tech firm.
– Proven Track Record: Must have led at least one major system implementation (DMC platform, ERP, or booking engine) from conception to go-live.
– Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of XML/API integrations, booking flows (82B/B2C), and travel-specific software (e.g., Tally, Oracle NetSuite].
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Sclence (Master’s preferred].
Key Responsibilities:
– Strategic Leadership: Own the IT roadmap, aligning technology with DMC operations, booking platforms, and back-office systems.
– System Transformation: Lead the assessment, selection, and end-to-end implementation of new core platforms and integrations.
– Integration Architecture: Oversee API/XML connectivity with suppliers, OTAs, payment gateways, and middleware.
– Process Optimization: Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to re-engineer workflows and solve operational bottlenecks through technology.
– Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary llaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating technical concepts into business value.
– Security & Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, system security, and business continuity.
– Team Building: Mentor an internal IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
