We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist with 15+ years of experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Civil Construction, and Infrastructure projects.
Key Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or civil engineering.
-Proven expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variation claims, and contractual entitlement assessments.
-Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6-based delay analysis and forensic schedule reviews.
-Ability to prepare and defend fully substantiated claims, including cost substantiation, prolongation, disruption, and acceleration claims.
-Sound knowledge of FIDIC and EPC contracts.
-Experience coordinating with Planning, Cost Control, Commercial, Construction, and Legal teams to identify claim events, preserve contractual rights, and maximize commercial recovery.
-Strong report writing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
A commercially astute Mechanical or Civil Engineer with a proven track record in managing high-value construction claims, delay analysis, and dispute avoidance on major projects across the UAE/GCC region.
