Job Position – Junior IT & ERP Support
Company Name – Prime Strategy Consultants
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Salary: AED 2,000+Accommodation and Transportation.
This role offers hands-on experience in IT systems support, ERP coordination (Dynamics 365 Business Central), and reporting, making it perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals.
What You’ll Do
-Provide first-level IT support (PCs, POS, printers, scanners)
-Assist in ERP user queries & reporting (Dynamics 365 BC)
-Generate & validate sales/inventory/operations reports
-Support procurement of IT assets & vendor coordination
-Provide basic training to staff on IT systems
What We’re Looking For
-Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related
-1–2 years of IT support experience (Freshers welcome with ERP exposure)
-Strong MS Excel & reporting skills
– Familiarity with IT hardware/software troubleshooting
-Good communication & eagerness to learn
