Job Position – Junior Lawyer/Advocate

With minimum 2 to max 3 years of Post Qualified Experience.
Job Location – Dubai
Role – Permanent
Salary – AED 12000 per month
Must see points:
· Draft, review and negotiate contracts of various kinds including supply, purchase, consultancy, employment, NDAs, MoUs, lease, shareholders’ agreements, share subscription or share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements among others.
· Conduct research and provide advice depending on various business needs including for specific projects.
· Review compliance policies and procedures and liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the head legal with ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
· Support the legal team with document management, including organizing and maintaining the legal department’s filing system.
· Analyse and summarize legal documents and correspondence.
· Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and taking minutes.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Law degree from a reputable university
1-3 years of experience working in-house / law firm with preference to law firm experience.
