Junior Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
-Manage INBOUND & OUTBOUND shipments and monitor shipments on a daily basis.
-Handle invoicing, freight invoice booking, and shortage/excess claims.
-Arrange shipments from the port (Air/Sea/Road) and ensure smooth operations.
-Check freight charges quotations and process necessary approvals.
-Maintain customs documents, manage Dubai Chamber processes, and ensure compliance.
-Prepare and maintain logistics reports.
-Use the ERP System for shipment tracking and documentation.
-Maintain inbound filing and assist with logistics documentation.

Skills Required:
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Familiarity with ERP System is an advantage.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
