We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Planning Engineer.

Role:

Assist in providing a support function on a project/projects ensuring all Project Controls & Planning requirements of site management are maintained.

Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assist in Progress monitoring and updates.
  • Regular progress recording on site of actual progress.
  • Record & report actual progress against target programme.
  • Preparation of required reports for construction managers.
  • Interpret data and identify bottlenecks with construction manager.
  • Predict completion dates and prepare “Look-ahead” reports.
  • Sub Contractor programmes.
  • Monitor subcontract work against programmes.
  • Report on subcontract progress to Senior Planners.
  • Working Programmes.
  • Prepare working programmes in consultation with site supervision.
  • Monitor & report on working programmes.
  • Revise working programmes where required by Senior Planners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years experience in building construction – preferably FITOUT works
  • Civil Engineering or Building Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent abilities in Primavera and MS Project.
  • Excellent abilities in MS Office and CCS.
  • Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills.
