Job Position – Junior QS/ Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
Helping in the preparation and analysis of tender documents for contractors and suppliers.
Monitoring and tracking costs throughout the construction phase to prevent cost overruns and ensure the project stays within budget.
Assisting in managing contracts between clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms.
Visiting construction sites to check the progress and monitor the quality of the work, ensuring it aligns with cost estimates.
Measuring and assessing the quantities of materials and work done on-site to ensure proper billing and cost reporting.
Creating cost reports and providing updates to senior quantity surveyors or management on project progress, costs, and potential issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
Understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is prefreerd
Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
