Job Position – HSE Officer
Company Name – Al Mariah United Group
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 4–6 years

Salary range – AED 6000 – 8000 depending on experience.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field – Mandatory
– NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Strongly preferred
– OSHAD-SF Practitioner-level training/certification – Preferred
– Training/certification in Defensive Driving, Journey Management, or Fatigue Risk Management – Preferred
EXPERIENCE
– Minimum 4–6 years of HSE experience, including at least 2 years in transportation, logistics, or fleet safety
– UAE experience strongly preferred, particularly exposure to ADNOC, ADOSH, Civil Defense, or RTA requirements
– Proven experience in road traffic incident investigations and driver risk assessments
– Experience supporting ISO 45001 management systems
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
– Good working knowledge of UAE HSE laws, ADOSH-SF requirements, and international road transport safety standards
– Strong report writing, documentation, and audit preparation skills in English
– Experience with telematics, fleet management systems, and IVMS
– Proficiency in MS Office, Excel-based tracking, and safety dashboards
– Excellent communication skills with drivers, supervisors, and senior management
– Strong analytical ability to identify trends in incidents and near misses and implement practical controls
– Fluent English is required
– Hindi/Urdu language skills are an advantage
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
– Valid UAE driving license preferred
– Willingness to travel between sites, camps, workshops, and client locations
– Physically capable of conducting field inspections in outdoor, camp, and workshop environments
