Job Position – Junior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Al Sahel Contracting
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or BTech/ BE in Civil Engineering.
Basic knowledge of quantity take-off & BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Excel, Planswift.
Exposure to main contractor will be an added advantage.
Role (in brief)
1. Support quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
2. Monitor material usage and site progress for accurate reporting
3. Assist in valuations and interim payment assessments
4. Collaborate with project and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations
5.Maintain precise records of quantities, variations, and site data
6.Track subcontractor work and payment schedules
7.Contribute to cost control initiatives and prepare project reports
8. Ensure full compliance with contract specifications and project standards
