Junior Coordinator
Job Description:
The Junior Sales Coordinator will co-ordinate and produce the proposal documents with the help of the Business Development Director. Responsibilities include introduction and implementation of all necessary document version control procedures and processes. This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. The Junior Sales Coordinator will need to work with multiple stakeholders within the company on different aspects of the proposal within each stage of the sales lifecycle. At the same time, this role requires working with the Business Development Director on planning, developing and reporting on the digital marketing channels in order to grow the amount of leads coming in.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
· Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
· Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery.
· Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices.
· Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
· Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners.
· Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format.
· Maintain, make available and backup master document sets.
· Researching, writing and/or checking proposals
· Sourcing specialist suppliers and/or subcontractors
· Aiding in researching current and future market trends
· Responding to clients’ and other stakeholder’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.
- Help build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Help manage all digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Measures of Success:
Typical measures of success include error-free, on-time proposal submissions and achievement of internal KPIs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, digital technologies or relevant field
· Must have some digital experience
· Proven track record of managing proposals/presentations
· Minimum 1-2 years of involved in sales processes
· Proven understanding of the digital and agency ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Accuracy and compliance – ensuring all bid elements are addressed
- Consolidate input from different bid project team members into final bids / proposals
Skills:
· Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS PPT and Keynote)
· Professional understanding of document templates, macros and styles
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Must be able to multi-task
