Job Position – Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
– Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
– Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
– Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
– Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.
