About the job
Sharaf DG is a Premium Channel Partner of Etisalat.
We are looking for high-performing Sale professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by selling Etisalat products & services.
Job Description:
- Achieving monthly assigned sales target.
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals using strategies assigned by the supervisor.
- To nurture & develop a relationship with the client and drive fresh revenue from the prospective potential clients.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Candidate must be dynamic and should be with a go getter attitude and open to work under pressure
Requirement:
-Graduate – Bachelor degree
-Minimum 2+ years of Telecom sales experience (Telecom Experience Must).
-Self-Driven, Client-facing experience is must.
-Good command in English, Hindi/Urdu and Arabic will be a priority.
-Basic Computer Knowledge ( Microsoft office )
-UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
-Candidates with Spouse/Parents sponsorship will be Prioritized . Visit visa can also apply.
