Leading manufacturer of land systems. They design and manufacture a variety of platforms for international military and law enforcement.
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our client’s Products using a requirement and solution sales approach. This role will be responsible for a specific geographic region and core duties will involve maximizing sales, production, performance, revenue and achieving established targets in your territory.
The ability to identify, pursue and secure profitable new business to meet the sales objectives, whilst maintaining close contact with assigned customers to grow and protect existing business is a core tenet of this role.
You should have exceptional knowledge of the assigned market, including competitor activity and offerings, a deep understanding of customers’ requirements, and the ability to develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to customer RFP’s. You’ll also work with the wider commercial team to negotiate and close multi-year contracts and follow-on support.

Due to the sensitive nature of the our clients products this role is only open to UAE Nationals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline with a PMP, Six Sigma or Learn Manufacturing certification is preferred.
8+ years in a manufacturing setting and 2 or more years leadership experience in a manufacturing work environment will be advantageous.
Demonstration of solid statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills will allow you to drive a result oriented and accountability focused team.
Knowledge and understanding of continuous engineering principles, computer literacy, planning and organising are all advanced competences you should possess.
Excellent English language skills and business Arabic are required for this role
