JOB SUMMARY:

This Role will be responsible to develop and execute sales and business development strategies of Key Accounts of Food Service Division in the UAE HORECA market within the strategic goals of the Division. Organization. The role will be responsible to boost current product sales, up-sell, cross-sell all premium high products of Aramtec portfolio.

 

The customer base will include all food service channels such as Top Star Hotels, Restaurants ( Fine Dinning & Causal dinning ) and other high-end commercial outlets.

 

Must have in-depth knowledge and proven Sales experience in selling of Premium Meat category (High End Protein, CAB, US Prime) from the USA and Australia.

 

Must have well established network within the UAE HORECA Segment especially the Dubai HoReCa market scene.

 

Sales

 

  • Directly involved in Selling and business development activities of all Division brands, products and categories to businesses;
  • Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and dedicated sales territory assignment to Sales team;
  • Maintain a daily/weekly Customer call list for self and maintain information accuracy;
  • Attain and hit monthly sales targets, margins and set monthly specific brand sale target;
  • Develop new markets and accounts by utilizing current relationship; building new relationships in the food service channel. Special focus required on the development business of 5-star hotels;
  • Closely monitor and follow up on Market openings of new hotels & properties; proactively initiate the contact process with related Personnel along with the Senior Sales management;

 

Business Development

 

  • Develop new segments/markets/ products to create new business with a competitive pricing strategy to cover the needs of UAE market and achieve efficiency with the existing product portfolio;
  • Present products and other related information to customers to gain sales and establish accounts by displaying and/or demonstrating product(s). This can be done by using samples or catalogs and emphasizing salable features and confers with clients to provide marketing advice technical advice and customer service concerning product(s) or services provided;
  • Liaise with senior management pertaining decisions on Quotes, prices and credit terms prepares sales contracts plans, and prepares sales presentations;
  • Serves as primary contact with all key customers and represents the company at local trade shows & International trade events in line with company agreed policy.

 

Collections/ Receivables

 

  • Control and manage the risks related to non-payment, late payment, account opening while maintaining healthy customer relationships;
  • Maintain high focus on retrieving delayed receivables from the market.

 

Others

 

  • Any other related duties/projects assigned by department management from time to time to meet business exigencies.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have proven credentials of managing a business portfolio of at least 10-12 Million AED Annual turnover in the Dubai HoReCa segment
  • Sales and Margins Targets; the role will be responsible for the attaining set sales and margins targets

  • Minimum 3 years of SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience managing Top Star properties and high end dining scene in the Dubai
  • Must have proven Sales credentials

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Premium Meat cuts and categories – US/ Australian
