1) Kitchen Designer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– Proven experience in retail design (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture showrooms), support role within the kitchens, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery industry.
– Client-facing presentation experience.
– Site supervision and installation follow-up experience
– Proficiency in Metron and/or Virtuo software.
2) Receptionist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus)
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
3) Project Coordinator – Kitchens & Cabinetry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar sales coordination or sales support role within the kitchens, cabinetry, or bespoke joinery industry.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience working in a design-led, project-based sales environment.
– Familiarity with design documentation, such as CAD drawings, BOQs, specifications, and RFIs.
– Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; a strong command of the MS Office Suite is essential.
4) Senior CAD Draftsman
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit (Required).
– Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5) Executive Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
– 3 to 7+ years experience as a PA/EA supporting a senior leader (construction/design/real estate/hospitality preferred).
– Strong English with polished business writing; confident stakeholder communication.
– Advanced practical Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail.
– High discretion and professionalism; trusted with confidential information.
– Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is a plus.
