Job Position – L2 Administrator

Good understanding and working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Network and software support.

• Experience in build and configure on VMware hypervisor, VMware and HyperV Servers

• Excellent knowledge in VMWare V-Center 7.0, 8.0, VMware Horizon, VMWare configuration (ESXi & cluster) and troubleshooting.

• Good knowledge of LVM, Hardening of servers & Server security. Knowledge in VMware (ESXi).

• Planning and execution of day-to-day tasks related to the ESXi hypervisor

• Windows OS & AD Incident/Production Management

• Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2012 / 2016 /2019 / 2022 Servers

• Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services & managing Azure AD

• Excellent knowledge in Citrix configuration (Xen App & Xen Desktop) and troubleshooting.

•Mandate working experience in Citrix Virtual Apps, Sizing Virtual desktops in terms of memory and compute

• Good working knowledge and experience in Back up tools & Policies, SAN storage

•Good Experience in Veeam Backup and Replication •Good Experience in Veeam ONE to enables real-time monitoring and management reporting for Veeam Backup & Replication, VMware vSphere, VMware vCloud Director and Microsoft Hyper-V

• Monitoring of the Backup Schedules / Troubleshooting Backup alerts / Perform Flat File level restorations / drills / Daily health checkup for servers & tape libraries RIM Team / Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist

• Good experience in SAN storage, interfacing of external devices like Storage, Networking and backup devices (IBM, HP 3PAR, Exagrid and backup devices) Knowledge of server installation and recovery, LVM concepts, backups, network concepts-NIS, NFS, TCPIP.

•Server Hardening, NIC bonding, Multipath, Lun mapping from storage etc

•Administration and support of the MH email and user accounts, domains and calendaring Environment. Manage Operating system, file system and configuration of all MH servers.

• Exchange Services / Messenger Services / Mail Queue and Mail Traffic / Replication of Public Folders / Replication of Directory / M365 / Hybrid Online Exchange

•Implementation policy of automatic updating of virus definition and patches. Analyses & test security OS service pack & patches / Controlled release of patches on the servers

•Ability to perform maintenance activities such as firmware upgrades, patching activities, etc.

•AD Replication monitoring and regular health checks to be performed.

• Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures.

• Administer users, groups and permissions on AD/Exchange

•RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.

•Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance related activities.

•The setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2019,Windows 2022 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server,
