Job Position – L3 Collaboration Engineer

Immediate Joiners Needed! (Abu Dhabi, UAE) Are you a Collaboration Engineer with a passion for building and maintaining cutting-edge communication solutions?
A talented and experienced L3 Collaboration Engineer to join team at a leading System Integrator IT MNC in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Design, deployment, and maintenance of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including: Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) Cisco Unity (Voicemail) Voice Gateways Cisco IM & Presence (IM&P) Cisco Analog Voice Gateways Collaboration Messaging Service (CMS) Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) Video Conferencing Webex Expressways Cisco Unified Contact Center Express & Enterprise (UCCX/UCCE) Call Recording Troubleshooting and resolving complex collaboration issues.
Working closely with business partners to assess the impact of telephony-related issues and manage client relationships.
Familiarity with Data Network technologies (routers, switches, firewalls) is a plus.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an L3 Collaboration Engineer.
Strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies (CUCM, Unity, etc.).
Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) protocols (SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP).
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, IP subnetting, VLANs, Ethernet, DHCP, DNS, QoS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CCIE Collaboration certification (preferred).
