We have an immediate need for Learning & Development Coordinators in the regional head office located in Dubai Media City. Successful candidates will join a team of like-minded professionals

This position serves as important administrative support, handles all the issues for the course participants, instructors, and internal users. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you.

Qualifications & Education

  • A Bachelors in Business Administration or Education
  • Or BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certification is a plus

Experience

  • 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role

Skills / Training / Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to tactfully and politely deal with difficult customer situations
  • Appreciation of cultural diversity
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

Job Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for instructors/faculty and course participants
  • Receives incoming customer inquiries and phone calls and responds to requests.
  • Provide administrative support for the daily business of the training center.
  • Explains programs and services, advises, and assists faculty and participants in relation to the center’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepares marketing writeups, correspondence, presentations, reports, agendas, background materials.
  • Assist new course participants for admission and registration.
  • Arrange required facilities and support for the online and classroom courses.
  • Maintains files and manages information of both participants and faculty and ensures strict confidentiality of the center records.
  • Organizes and schedules meetings, notifying attendees of location and time.
