Job Position – Learning & Development Coordinator
Company Name – Home Bakery
The role will support the design, coordination and delivery of training across our locations, with a strong focus on practical in-store coaching and employee development.
Key responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials, presentations, assessments and learning activities
Coordinate and deliver classroom and in-store training sessions
Conduct practical coaching and employee assessments
Support onboarding and orientation programs
Maintain training records, attendance and reports
Monitor training implementation and employee progress
Prepare training plans, schedules and reports
Coordinate with store management and relevant departments
Requirements:
Previous experience in Learning & Development, training or hospitality operations
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
Hospitality or F&B experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Confident in coaching employees in an operational environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and training presentation tools
Flexible and willing to visit different locations across the UAE
