2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development
Preferably from a medical / healthcare background
Currently available in the UAE
Strong communication and training delivery skills
Experience in designing and implementing training programs
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs and develop learning strategies
Conduct training sessions and workshops
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs
Support employee development initiatives
