Job Position – Legal Advisor
Company Name – Shafar
This candidate will be responsible for providing intricate legal counsel, drafting legal agreements, and advising senior management and Managing Counsel.
Key responsibilities include:
-Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
-Managing legal risks through policy implementation.
-Ensuring regulatory compliance.
-Promoting best practices.
Requirements:
-5+ years relevant experience in the legal industry working either in-house or in private practice.
-Degree in Law and Legal practice certificate or a post-graduate degree.
-Background in Commercial Law.
-Natural ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
-Well-versed in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
-Any nationality
