Job Position – Level 1 IT Support
Company Name – Dalla Driving Academy
Location : Qatar
This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent technical support to end users.
Role & Responsibilities:
-Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
-Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests.
-Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets promptly.
-Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
-Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
-Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Must be based in Qatar (with valid visa or transferable sponsorship preferred).
