Job Position – Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring efficiency.
• Handle documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
• Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics with business goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
