Develop timelines, budget, teams, and plan for a given project 9Technology & Business)
Successfully execute high complex engagements in Application Development, Support & Cloud Transformation engagements.
Ensure high-quality work is produced, review periodic SLA’s, KPI’s with one goal of Customer happiness
Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program, conduct performance review of employees
Experience working in cross-functional programs
Track all 4 Quadrants of Programs, which includes Top Line, Profitability and Employee satisfaction.
