Job Position – Junior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Hills & Fort Construction
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Infrastructure – Roads & Utilities
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Roads & Utilities or Infrastructure projects.
-Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
-Familiarity with project drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
-Ability to assist in preparing interim payment applications and variation claims.
-Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
-UAE experience will be an added advantage.
