About The Role We are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist with a positive and proactive mindset who will assure a premium Customer Experience through proper management of delivery and installation and customer caring.

Responsibilities Customer Service Specialist

  • Guarantee precise and timely orders processing assuring the expected governance and compliance to internal order management policies and sales condition compliance, from quote confirmation to billing
  • Guarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience managing the “customer touch points”
  • “Frictionless” Delivery planning and management through the logistic portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing.
  • Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Order to HQ, when required, assuring the correct stock movement mgmt.
  • Assure accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales in order to prevent or foresee “backlog slippage”
  • Constantly update the CRM system with all relevant information collected during customer service activities
  • Assure the proper management of TG Care Activities, granting adequate feedback to customers’ enquires, managing
  • Manage post-delivery survey in order to assess customers’ satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer

Logistics Specialist Long Description

  • Support the company with Tender Management and Negotiation
  • Manage relationship with 3PL in terms of contracts, KPI, monthly meeting review and SLA improvement, as per Logistic HQ guidelines.
  • Responsible for monitoring local Stock and rotation index, liaising proactively with Customer Service in case of discrepancies or wrong warehouse assignment management (i.e. used equipment), supporting Customer Service Manager in assuring the proper governance of stock management
  • Alignment between accounting and physical stock, variance analysis, periodical stock-counting activities
  • Weekly follow-up with 3PL on logistic activities ongoing acting as main contact point for 3PL
  • Check 3PL invoices and accounting to ensure the proper cost accounting and variance analysis
  • Periodical audit of 3PL delivery and installation and capabilities (skill matrix), coordinating any specific training activities needed to assure that 3Pl provide a service in line with TG brand positioning (logistic portal included)
  • Core offer warehouse management and periodical updates, as per HQ guidelines (where relevant)
  • Custom & Duty process management (overseas)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Specialist or Customer Service
  • Experience in managing 3PL relationships with respect to contracts, KPI, monthly meeting review and SLA improvement
  • Confident communication skills, both in terms of building internal relationships with key Technogym teams and in terms of liaising with warehouse management and in/out logistics flow management
  • Deep understanding and experience in using SAP and ideally an advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Structured and process-oriented, with high attention to detail and a passion for excellence and execution
  • A team player, accountable and proactive as well as demonstrating transparency, openness, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Some knowledge of the fitness industry, performance, health and product use would be preferable
  • Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
