Job Position – Logistics Executive

Ideal Candidate:
– Hands-on experience in shipment coordination and execution (EXIM & Local)
– Well-versed with INCO Terms
– Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and UAE customs regulations
– A solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage and collaborate with vendors
– Proficiency in shipment tracking systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional teamwork
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
– Managing on-time delivery of international shipments
– Ensuring accurate EXIM documentation and compliance with UAE transport laws & Hazardous Goods Regulations
– Optimizing transportation and warehousing costs
– Monitoring real-time shipment tracking and resolving delivery issues proactively
– Working closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
