Job Description

Responsibilities
Select carriers and negotiate & establish contracts and rates for domestic and international transportation
Negotiate transportation rates or services with experience of handling transportation of Heavy Skids and Structural
Knowledge and exposure with Import -Export norms and formalities with capability of liaising with various agencies
Total Co-ordination of multiple shipment-in line with Project requirement
Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries
Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation
Coordinates Shipments with all concerned parties
Organize warehouse, plot routes, and process shipments
Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
Evaluate budgets and expenditures
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the Shipping, Transportation and Logistics
Good analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills.
