About the job


Lead, coordinate and execute projects across the region to ensure high service quality and efficiency in the operations.

Support the business results by identifying opportunities and launching new initiatives to contribute in reducing Total Distribution Cost.

Manage cross functional projects through NCE methodology & tools with E2E approach.

Consolidate and track projects` savings providing visibility to the key stakeholders in the region.

Support Countries/OPC providing visibility of best practices and processes across the region to ensure “One market in operations”.

  • Lead cross functional projects in order to contribute to the business priorities and results in terms of service and cost.
  • Manage project tracking and charters ensuring methodology and visibility to the key stakeholders on costs, benefits and constrains.
  • Own and perform the project management processes and activities of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve the objectives of the projects. Develop a detailed projects plan and ensure a strong governance on projects tracking , including the main milestones and deliverables that will allow to reach the expected targets.
  • Propose and organize the required resources for the projects, both internal (users, LGO, GC,…) and external (advisors, 3PLs,…)
  • Provide expertise throught analysing and defining potential solutions and apropiate processes, elaborating business case simulations, taking into consideration the best practices and the available tools, and optimizing the resources according to the project requirements.
  • Consolidate and strenghthen the processes and best practices in Physical Logistics.
  • Asseses perdiodically through the right KPIs or healthchecks the quality and compliance of the processes.
  • Drive internal and external benchmarking on Supply Chain Best Practices and performance
  • Performs info and training sessions to guarantee the sustainability of the knowledge and the application of the best practices by the teams responsible of performing the different activities that form the processes. Arrange sessions with the superusers to guarantee their training and coaching for the implementation and consolidation of the best practices.”
  • Guarantees an apropiate an timely reponse to the querys coming from superusers about the proceses which has been asigned within the deadlines and with a good level of quality.
  • Documents and sustains the knowledge making use of the available tools (team rooms, Chatter e intratnet), promoting their use through the superusers.

  • Experience leading teams.
  • Project planning experience.
  • Experience leading successfully projects, achieving targets on time and meeting budgetary restrictions.
  • Knowledge on the processes and tools of the incumbent area (transport, MH, customs clearing, warehousing, distribution).
  • Training users in best practices and new processes.
  • Leading and coordinating successfully project team members and superuser.
  • Cross-functional projects under the scope of Supply Chain.
  • Managing successfully relationships with external stakeholders (customers, 3PLs, industry associations,…).
