Roles & Responsibilities
Co-ordinate purchase processes for all imports into warehouses / Hubs within area of responsibility to ensure timely ordering / arrival and correct goods receipts.
- Ensure Materials Management and Scheduling/Planning for all assigned warehouses/Hubs of area of responsibility
- Monitor stock aging at warehouses / hubs and coordinate adequate replenishment orders in coordination with planners
- Develop and propose new business models to serve customers at area of responsibility more efficiently and effectively.
- Develop , maintain & control a tool to monitor the logistics service provider’s performance for related warehouses / hubs to ensure optimised performance.
- Act as a logistics focal point for area of responsibility to facilitate customer’s claims investigations , rush deliveries… etc through sources logistics teams
- Maintain & control all master data for related warehouses / hubs in coordination with material master team.
- Follow up logistics customer’s claims and ensure corrective actions are implemented in coordination with quality team.
