Responsibilities:
Engage with high-net-worth clients to truly understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Showcase and market exclusive luxury properties, providing insightful information and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Stay abreast of market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless and professional transaction process for clients.
Develop your own personal brand of being best-in-class and the go-to advisor within your network and area of speciality.
You would ideally have the following:
Track record of at least 3 years proven experience as a Property Consultant in the UAE luxury real estate sector
Proficient luxury real estate knowledge
Existing customer base
Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and its trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Well presented
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to building client relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Keen to develop your own career
