Duties & Responsibilities:
– Receiving Maintenance work Requests.
– Discussing with Manager.
– Prioritize the type of inquires.
– Generate work request/order.
– Prepare daily plan/schedule for Maintenance team.
– Planning of resources and materials.
– Define the schedule start date.
– Update system on actual work done.
– Close the work order/request.
– Coordinating with HR Dept to meet Properties Maintenance department needs.
– Coordinate, plan and schedule preventive maintenance requirements.
