Position – Manpower Planning Analyst
Location, Doha, Qatar
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business or Human Resources) or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
Maintain the organizational structure of the company by on-time updating of occupancy and vacancy resulting from hiring, termination, resignation, transfer, and promotion to ensure generation of accurate report
Responsible to maintain positions and organizational structure records within HRIS, review the Organizational Structure changes and prepare summary impact of these changes, support business units the annual manpower budget preparation and provide manpower utilization efficiency reports and analytics
Personal drive, commitment and being a self-starter
Must be organized and possess multi-tasking skills
Ability to work effectively with a variety of groups
HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Must have good understanding of Power BI and Analytics
Local candidates with transferrable visa are preferred.
