Job Position – Marketing Executive

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2-5 years)
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement digital & offline marketing campaigns (social media, email, influencer collaborations, events).
-Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with engaging content (reels, posts, stories).
-Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to increase footfall & online orders.
-Analyze market trends & competitor strategies to stay ahead in the F&B industry.
-Coordinate with chefs, management, and PR teams for branding consistency.
-Monitor Google, TripAdvisor and other review platforms to maintain a strong online reputation.
-Track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
-2+ years of experience in restaurant/hospitality/F&B marketing (preferred).
-Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.
-Expertise in content creation (food photography, reels, blogs).
-Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
-Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
-Excellent communication & creativity to craft compelling campaigns.
