Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Help create marketing plans to boost restaurant visibility.
Social Media: Manage restaurant social media, crafting engaging content.
Ad Campaigns: Coordinate online/offline ads on social media, Google, and print.
Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns to keep customers informed.
Content Management: Maintain website, blogs, and digital content.
Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Events/Promotions: Organize special events to attract and retain customers.
Vendor Coordination: Work with external partners on campaigns.
Market Research: Study consumer trends and competition to guide strategies.
Customer Feedback: Manage communication, respond to reviews, and gather feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Prior marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong digital marketing knowledge.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical mindset.
