Job Position – Marketing Executive cum Lead Generator

Hiring a highly creative and results-driven with real estate experience to manage content creation, social media, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content (photo & video), building a strong online presence, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality real estate content including property photos, videos, reels, and walkthroughs
Plan, shoot, and edit content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Manage and grow all company social media accounts with consistent posting
Develop engaging content strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market
Generate and manage leads through social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads before passing to the sales team
Coordinate with agents to capture property listings and promotional content
Run and optimize digital campaigns (organic & paid) for lead generation
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions)
Stay updated on real estate trends, market updates, and social media algorithms

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing (UAE preferred)
Proven experience in content creation (photography & videography)
Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms professionally
Knowledge of lead generation strategies in real estate
Good understanding of Dubai property market is a must
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads & Google Ads
Basic graphic design skills
Creative storytelling ability for property marketing
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
