Position Overview:
To elevate our partner cosmetics brand to new heights. As the creative and strategic lead of the marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in shaping the public’s perception of our company. Your mission will be to craft and execute dynamic marketing strategies that not only spread the word about our brand but also drive targeted engagement through both B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both thematic and tactical elements, leveraging B2B initiatives (such as events and exhibitions) and B2C initiatives (including organic and paid digital campaigns) to enhance brand visibility and drive targeted traffic.
-Campaign Management: Take charge of marcom campaigns from the drawing board to full-scale execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This includes everything from initial concept development to the final rollout.
-Channel Experimentation: Experiment with a diverse mix of organic and paid marketing channels, including but not limited to content creation and curation, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, lead generation campaigns, and performance marketing, to find the most effective mix for our brand.
-Strategic Partnerships: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to bolster our marketing efforts.
-Budget and Performance Analysis: Oversee and manage the marketing budget, providing regular updates to senior management. Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, deriving insights on market trends and consumer behavior, and aligning future campaigns with these insights to meet our goals.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the marketing lead in cross-departmental collaborations, working closely with sales, graphic design, product management, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive brand strategy.
-Team Leadership: Foster the development and growth of the marketing team, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and poised for success.
