Job Position – MEP Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi
To join growing team in the construction sector. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a wide range of MEP Coordinator role independently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate MEP services among consultants, contractors, and site teams.
-Review MEP drawings, materials, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-Prepare and monitor MEP work schedules and progress reports.
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
-Identify design discrepancies and propose effective technical solutions.
-Collaborate with the civil and architectural teams for seamless integration of MEP works.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
-Minimum 10 years of total experience, with Mandatory at least 5 years of relevant MEP coordination experience within the UAE.
-Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and authority requirements.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Immediate availability is highly desirable.
