Job Position – MEP Design Manager
Company Name – Arco Group
Who have experience working in Fit-out Projects.
Candidates should have the following experience :
-Fluent Communication skill English.
Study & understand the scope of works and specifications, in order to comply with company, client, local authorities’ standards & requirements.
-Preparing MEP Design and shop drawings to get approval from client and Local Authorities.
-Preparation of load schedules and single line diagrams of MDBs, SMDBs, FDBs & Authority approval.
-Expertise in Preparation of Electrical and FLS system design and shop drawings. Preparation of Shop drawings in a short span of time.
-Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems and, shop drawings submittals.
-Preparing full coordination with all Electrical and Mechanical Services with architecture.
Good knowledge in DEWA/SEWA/ADDC/FEWA/ADCD&DCD rules & Regulations for design/execution of projects.
-Taking DEWA/SEWA/ADDC/FEWA/ADCD&DCD approvals for related projects. Technical communication skills.
-Preparing, coordination drawing, sectional drawings and, As-built drawings.
Submitting timely RFI’s.
-Attend site visits and technical meetings with the project engineer and clients.
-Degree in Mechanical
-Currently be based in UAE
