About the Role:
Seeking a results-oriented Meta Ads Expert with 2–3 years of experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, strong analytical skills, and a performance-driven mindset to help us scale our campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
– Create audience strategies including interest targeting, custom audiences, and lookalikes.
– Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and creative variations to maximize ROI.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and report results.
– Work closely with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging.
– Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and updates from Meta advertising platforms.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram ads.
– Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
– Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
– Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
