Location: Downtown, Dubai
Job Description Brief:
We are seeking six detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the attendee experience during NYE2025 in Downtown Dubai. Each Mystery Shopper will be responsible for assessing a specific journey to accessing the event, ensuring that all aspects of the attendee experience are thoroughly examined and reported on. This feedback will be invaluable in enhancing future events and optimizing attendee satisfaction.
Burj Park Mystery Shopper:
Journey to Burj Park – Evaluate the online purchasing process, reminders, badge collection, arrival journey, entertainment experience, food options, seating, visibility of the firework show, and departure experience.
Emaar Hospitality Mystery Shopper:
Journey to Hospitality Hotel – Assess booking process, reminders, badge collection, arrival journey, signage understanding, availability of Hospitality Buggy, visibility of the firework show, food quality, and departure experience.
Dubai Mall Mystery Shopper:
Journey to Dubai Mall – Review restaurant booking process, reminders, badge collection, access experience, parking, signage clarity, and overall journey to Dubai Mall.
Residences Mystery Shopper:
Journey for Residences – Evaluate access to residential building, ease of crossing checkpoints, directions provided, and overall experience reaching the building.
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard Mystery Shopper:
Journey to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard F&B Outlets – Examine restaurant booking process, reminders, badge collection, access experience, parking, and overall journey to F&B outlets on the boulevard.
Public Guest Mystery Shopper:
General Public Journey – Assess online information gathering process, arrival journey, signage understanding, entertainment experience on the boulevard, visibility of the firework show, and departure experience.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
2. Ability to follow specific instructions and scenarios for each journey.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing detailed feedback.
4. Reliable and able to adhere to deadlines for report submission.
5. Comfortable navigating busy event environments and interacting with event staff and attendees.
