To join dynamic IT team in the airlines industry for application support and maintenance activities for EBT and Sprint DCS.
Responsibilities:
Level 2 Application Support – Handling ITSD incidents and requests. Must be able to analyze ticket raised for production incidents.
Level 3 Application Support – Must be able to handle production defect fixes and minor enhancements in applications like EBT and Sprint DCS.
